Womanhood has many challenges, however none quite so unique as "matrescence" or "the becoming of mum".


I believe all mummas deserve a safe and supportive space where they can be honest and vulnerable all the while knowing they are not alone in their experiences. This job of mum can bring so many wonderful and magical moments but also so many challenges and times of discomfort or pain. Let's not do it alone. Join a community of mummas wanting to feel their truest self in the midst of the mess, magic and chaos that can be motherhood.

I work with mummas and their new roomie, focusing on attachment and mental health for both of you. I am also currently completing my certification in baby led sleep to compliment my services and offer support for both baby and parents for the part of the day that can elicit the most stress, bedtime and nap time. 


I am social work trained and have previously worked in perinatal counselling, intimate partner violence and crisis counselling along with providing parental workshops such as "emotion coaching your child".
